LEGAL · TERMS
Last updated: 2026-05-16. These terms are a working draft pending review by counsel before public launch.
By creating an account or using Simulatte, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may not use Simulatte to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or extract synthetic-persona model weights; (c) submit content that infringes intellectual property, contains unlawful material, or is intended to defame or harass any person; (d) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written permission; (e) impersonate another person or workspace.
You retain ownership of all content you submit (uploaded creatives, study briefs, persona pools, integration data). You grant Simulatte a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process this content as necessary to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Credits are consumed per study run and do not roll over month-to-month unless your plan specifies otherwise. Pay-as-you-go credit top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law.
We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantee outside of a separate written SLA. Scheduled maintenance is communicated when practicable.
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is retained per the periods in the Privacy Policy and deleted after they expire. Outstanding fees remain due.
Simulatte outputs are decision-support, not advice. Predictions are directional — they indicate likely direction and relative magnitude, not guaranteed outcomes — and should be treated as one input among others, not a substitute for your own judgement or for professional (legal, financial, medical, or regulatory) advice. You are free, and encouraged, to run additional studies or real-world tests to validate any directional signal before acting on it. Synthetic personas approximate but do not replicate real human respondents, and results may contain errors or omissions. Use of study results in regulated contexts (medical, financial, legal) requires independent validation.
The service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simulatte's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months, and Simulatte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages, or for decisions made in reliance on study outputs.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are resolved in the courts of London, UK.
